PINless Dialing
With an eligible Verizon Prepaid Long Distance Phone Card, you can add, change, remove or review your PINless dialing numbers at any time all at no charge to you! Dial the access number on the back of an eligible Verizon Prepaid Card and follow the prompts for PINless Dialing.
To manage PINless Dialing by phone:
- Dial the access number located on the back of your card
- Enter your PIN when prompted
- Press 5 for special card features
- Press 3 for PINless Dialing setup and maintenance
- To register a new PINless Dialing number, press 1
- To review your list of registered PINless Dialing numbers, press 2
- To remove a number from your PINless Dialing list, press 3
- To return to the main menu, press the star key (*)
- Press 3 for PINless Dialing setup and maintenance
To make a call from a registered PINless Dialing phone number:
- Dial the access number located on the back of your card
- Press 1 to make a call
- Dial the phone number you wish to call
Please keep your PIN in a safe place for future reference. You’ll need it when you contact Customer Service or if you want to make any changes or inquiries about your service. International, blocked and pay phone numbers cannot be registered for PINless Dialing.
