How do I make a call?
To place a call from the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, Saipan and the U.S. Virgin Islands, simply dial the access number on the back of your card, select English or Spanish and enter the PIN when prompted. When you hear the menu options, press 1 to make a call and then dial the area code and phone number you wish to call.
How can I find out how many minutes are available on my card?
When you dial the number to which you are calling, a message will alert you as to the number of minutes available on your card for that call. You can also dial the access number on the back of your card, enter your PIN and follow the menu options (usually option 5) to check your balance.

Can I use my card from a payphone?

Can I make more than one call without dialing my access number again?
Yes. After you’ve completed one call you may continue using your card by pressing the # key twice. You will be returned to the main menu and you may immediately continue to use your card.
Does my card expire?
You can find out if and when your card expires by pressing Option 5 from the main menu.
